Indian Head Massage
- A total relaxation treatment, performed fully clothed and seated, without
the use of oils.
- Based on the Ayurvedic healing system to achieve a balance of mind, body and
spirit to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being.
- This treatment works on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face.
- Will induce a deep sense of calm & reduce stress & anxiety.

Seated Acupressure Massage
- Performed in a specifically designed ergonomic chair whilst the client
is fully clothed & without the use of any lubricant.
- Based on oriental techniques using fingertip or elbow pressure to
specific points on the back, arms, legs, neck and head.
- Used regularly can aid relief of stress/anxiety, muscular pains, RSI,
headaches, skin conditions & asthma.
- This treatment is also suitable for a corporate environment, leading to
improved productivity and motivation.
