Personal Training

"The extra mile is the stretch of road that is never crowded"

Personal Training is provided on a one to one or small group basis. Our aim is to provide you with a structured and safe training schedule to best meet your individual needs. Our support will be with you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis as required to guide and coach you to fulfil your personal goal- be this improving your general fitness or completing an arduous Adventure race.

Here is a link to further information: Why you need a Personal Trainer page.

Available on an individual basis, or share the benefits with a friend, and split the costs. Training with a friend can improve adherence to your programme and allows you to motivate each other.

You don't even have to train with us. If you prefer to train on your own, we will devise an appropriate programme that you follow at times that suit you. Programmes can be supported by ad hoc personal training sessions if desired.

Online training programmes and support are also available - we will provide weekly training schedules and daily or weekly back-up support to motivate you through your training to help keep your goals in focus, monitor your progress and provide nutritional guidance.

We specialise in designing running programmes at any distance from 5k to a marathon and are fully able to work with you whatever your sport or objective.

All personal training schedules, whether online or in person, will commence with a face-to-face initial assessment (including Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire required [PARQ click here.]) and objective consultation.
